We stayed for 2 nights. The onsen was huge , beautiful and clean. I really liked that they changed the menu for me each night and breakfast. Staff were attentive to each of our needs. I'm definitely going to stay here again when I come nikko

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! The view overlooking the river is beautiful and the hotel is surrounded by incredible nature! We could see a hawk flying over the river! We were welcome with tasty matcha and traditional sweets. Our room on the top floor was beyond spectacular with so many rooms and spaces, all traditionally Japanese with tatami flooring! The breakfast and dinner are an unforgettable experience. Some of the most delicious and gorgeous looking food I have ever tasted! Their onsen alwas larger than I expected with both indoor and outdoor tubs. Very quiet and simple. I'm in love with this place! The hotel also provides a shuttle to/from the station, despite its proximity.

Went here during mid-week and had a absolute wonderful experience and pretty good vacation. Suggest you to come here for a couple days for rest. The food they provided was too finger-licking~~~ the room was very clean with good views. Nice place.

An absolutely beautiful hotel and town, bucket list for sure, a must if you have a couple weeks in Tokyo, mid-week rather than weekends. As well as a great staff, could not ask for anything more. :)

Another good onsen hotel, located in an convenience area, have car to pick you up at the train station if you don’t drive, hotel is nice , food is good!
